At SIM CO, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. We offer flat-rate shipping options based on your preferred delivery speed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping
Flat-rate standard shipping is available for customers who prefer regular delivery timing.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after processing
Express Shipping
Flat-rate express shipping is available for customers who need their order sooner.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before your final purchase is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SIM CO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SIM CO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
