We want you to love your SIM CO pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached

Non-Eligible Returns

Items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for a refund. If a return is received that fails to comply with our policy, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sim.co.scbl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
